Terms and Conditions

General Policy
  • Check-in time 14.00 hrs. Early check-in charge 50% from the walk-in rate.
  • Check-out time 12.00 (noon). Late check-out before 18.00 hrs. charge 50% from the walk-in rate, late check-out after 18.00 hrs. charge 1 night.
Child & Family Policy

Children age 0 – 4 years old

  • Baby cot for babies 0 – 2 years is free of charge.
  • The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with parents in a room with no extra bed.
  • Breakfast is free of charge for the kid if the adults with whom it stays in the hotel room use the option.

Children age 5 – 11 years old

  • The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no extra bed (maximum 1 children allow).
  • Breakfast is charged 150 Baht per child.
  • If children more than 2 persons stay in the same villa, the extra bed charge is required.

Children age 12 years old and over

  •  Children aged 12 years and over are considered as adult prices. Extra bed 1,200 baht per night

Extra bed & extra person

  • Extra-person charges 800 Baht (no extra bed) maximum of 1 person per villa.
  • Extra bed is 1,200 Baht / night. Maximum of 1 persons per villa.
Pets Policy
  • Dog can stay in Superior Villa / Family Villa and Casa Mona
  • Free of charge for one small dog with maximum weight of 10 Kilograms. (maximum of one dog)
  • The 2nd dog will be charged at 1,000 Baht.
  • Dog weight more than 10 Kilograms will be charged at 1,000 Baht.
  • No more than two dogs per villa are allowed.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and swimming pool area.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damage resulting from their pet.
  • Any disturbances such as barking or meowing must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Request / Special request
All requests entered into the ‘Requests or special request’ box on the Resort website booking engine or on the online travel agent website are subject to availability and the Hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fufill certain requests.
Damage charge
The Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Resort’s property or structure.
Credit card pre-authorization
If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Resort may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.
Third-party booking sources
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Resort or the Resort website, the Resort recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Resort staff.
